Cancellationluxury  of a reservation up to 10 days before the booking is free of charge. Cancellation between 10 days and 72 hours before booking will be charged up to 20%. Cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before the booking will be charged 50%. Cancellation of the reservation less than 48 hours before the reservation will be charged up to 100%. By providing us with your credit card, you authorize us to charge these amounts in case of cancellation or you confirm that you will transfer this amount by bank transfer in case of cancellation. All cancellation requests must be sent by email to contact@driveluxury.com. Cancellations by message or phone cannot be honored.

Refueling rules

Only the required fuel may be used. (Displayed in the fuel door) Drive Luxury's fueling policy is full to full. The tank is full when you pick up your vehicle and you must return it with a full tank.

Vehicle delivery

After you have rented your suitable vehicle, Drive Luxury will deliver it to your address wherever you are and to any address you wish. Customers can pick up and return their vehicle in all Western European airport cities, including Italy, Germany, France and Austria, for an additional fee for any service outside Geneva or Vienna. We deliver the Mercedes S560 free of charge to the airport and the city of Vienna, as well as to the airport and the city of Geneva.
